年度股东大会通知 - 2020年5月21日

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Annual General Meeting of the Members of The Shipowners’ Mutual Protection and Indemnity Association (Luxembourg) will be held at 16 rue Notre-Dame, L-2240, Luxembourg on Thursday 21 May 2020 at 09.00 hours for the following purposes:

1. 批准董事报告及年度截至2019年12月31日止年度的报告，以及审计师的报告。
2. 选举董事。
3. 承接截至2020年12月31日止期的财政年度并考虑其薪酬的财政年度，承诺任命法定审计师（Réviseurd'tagéé）。
4. 审查董事级别的费用。
5. 交易任何其他普通业务的协会。

注意：有权在会议上投票的成员有权委任代理人参加和投票，投票而不是他们。代理不需要是协会的成员。鉴于当前旅行的困难导致由于Covid-19大流行，并根据2020年3月20日的盛大Ducal法规，鼓励成员利用他们的代理会议表格。
